Reference 2841 is part of Omega’s first generation of automatic center-seconds dress watches from the mid-1950s.
Housed in a 34.5 mm yellow gold case and powered by the caliber 501, it reflects the brand’s transition from subsidiary-seconds designs of the late 1940s and early 1950s to modern self-winding watches with central seconds.
This example, dating from the mid-1950s, is distinguished by a two-tone dial, cream at the center and grey on the periphery.
